A small subset of customers with RCE were impacted by a service disruption that prevented reports from opening properly. The RCE system was accessible, but no reports were able to be opened. The issue began at approximately 11 AM PDT on October 1, 2018 and was resolved the same day at approximately 11 PM PDT. This issue is now resolved.
