Resolved - A subset of customers using the Marketo Sales Connect Gmail delivery channel may have experienced an issue sending out emails. Emails sent via the Gmail delivery channel would have shown a 'Delivery in progress' status.

To restore Gmail delivery, customers were required to re-authenticate the Gmail Email Connection via Settings > Email Settings > Email Connection or use another delivery channel. If you have any additional questions, please contact Marketo Support at https://support.marketo.com.

Monitoring - Users using Marketo Sales Connect using the Gmail delivery channel might experience an issue sending out emails. Emails being sent via the Gmail delivery channel will show in 'Delivery in progress'.
