San Jose Delayed Trigger Processing for Multiple Pods

For Pods SJ08, SJ14, SJ15, SJ20, SJ21, and SJO:

We experienced a hardware failure in our hosting infrastructure that led to delay in trigger processing August 15, 5:28pm PDT. Our Infrastructure has now been fully restored and Trigger processing was fully operational by 5:00 am PDT.
