We experienced a hardware failure in our hosting infrastructure that led to delay in trigger processing August 15, 5:28pm PDT. Our Infrastructure has now been fully restored and Trigger processing was fully operational by 5:00 am PDT.

Update - Marketo will be performing scheduled maintenance on our RCA servers on 5th of Aug starting .... 8AM PT and ending at 6PM PT. During this time, you will not be able to access RCA reporting. Once the maintenance process is completed, services will be restored. As we have many servers in operation, this will not affect all customers with RCA, only a small number will experience any impact.
